We have to eat more vegetables and fruits to keep healthy.The unhealthy foods are ice-cream,cookies,sweets,crackers and many more.It is important to keep healthy because it can make our bones stronger and our body will become strong.If your bread has expired,you should not eat it.It may cause food poisoning.You may get diseases.I like to eat fruits very much.I hope that everybody also love to eat fruits and vegetables.
